Cancellations

Notice of cancellation should be made in writing to joanne.cowe1@nhs.net. Cancellations received 30 days before the conference date will receive a full refund. For cancellations received after this date, refunds will be subject to organiser discretion and considering potential expenses already incurred from payments. If payment has not been received, delegates will still be liable for the full delegate fee.

BriSCEV holds public liability insurance for conferences but can accept no responsibility for activities outside of the conference activities (e.g. accommodation, late evenings). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate insurance in place to cover your registration costs if you are required to cancel for any reason, including medical, bereavement or travel disruption.

BriSCEV cannot be held responsible for the content of external websites. Registration, accommodation information and abstract submission listed on the BriSCEV website is the sole correct information. Any contract between any third-party company and a conference attendee (e.g. accommodation, registration or exhibition) is solely between these two parties.
