This registration type is the early bird rate for attending the BriSCEV conference (Mon PM & Tuesday), including the Monday evening dinner.

This registration type is the early bird rate for attending the BriSCEV course and conference over Monday & Tuesday, including Monday evening meal.
Honorary BriSCEV member registration
Monday day-rate (Excluding dinner) – £175.00
This registration type is for attending the Monday course and conference of BriSCEV.

Please note that the evening dinner is not included in this registration type.
Monday evening dinner – £65.00
This registration type is for attendance at the Monday evening Dinner ONLY (i.e. not including any conference/course facilities unless otherwise booked)
Standard conference only – £280.00
This registration type is the standard rate for attending the BriSCEV conference (Mon PM & Tuesday), including the Monday evening dinner.
Standard course and conference – £370.00
This registration type is the standard rate for attending the BriSCEV course and conference (Monday & Tuesday), including the Monday evening meal.
Standard course only – £120.00
Morning educational course

This registration type is for attending the Monday AM course ONLY.
STP course and conference rate – £180.00
This registration type is only for those who are undertaking the STP programme or equivalent wishing to attend the entire BriSCEV course and conference. This registration type includes payment for the Monday evening meal.

This registration type is only open to active STP student members.
Tuesday day-rate – £150.00
This registration type is for attending day two of the BriSCEV conference (Tuesday).

Cancellations

Notice of cancellation should be made in writing to joanne.cowe1@nhs.net. Cancellations received 30 days before the conference date will receive a full refund. For cancellations received after this date, refunds will be subject to organiser discretion and considering potential expenses already incurred from payments. If payment has not been received, delegates will still be liable for the full delegate fee.

BriSCEV holds public liability insurance for conferences but can accept no responsibility for activities outside of the conference activities (e.g. accommodation, late evenings). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate insurance in place to cover your registration costs if you are required to cancel for any reason, including medical, bereavement or travel disruption.

BriSCEV cannot be held responsible for the content of external websites. Registration, accommodation information and abstract submission listed on the BriSCEV website is the sole correct information. Any contract between any third-party company and a conference attendee (e.g. accommodation, registration or exhibition) is solely between these two parties.
